what I saw was hextall lead with an elbow into a guy with his head down. that's always going to be a penalty but I'm beginning to think this team is coached to that edge.

I might be wrong with the 2 hits. was it hextall or malone who took out martin?

I think hextall got the arm up a bit but the contact was caused by Murray skating into Hextall and the hit on Martin was Malone

alright I take back the two-bit hack thing then...

I wouldn't say murray skated into hextall though. that's tough to do when you watch that replay, he didn't know what he was skating into. Hextall did

I didn't see him lead with the elbow. The penalty was called because Murray was defenseless. I was standing 10' away when Scott Pellerin made that exact same hit on Mike Commodore and broke his collarbone. It wasn't a penalty then, and it shouldn't be a penalty now.

UW has two five minute powerplays tonight and has no goals. I'm beginning to think this team is coached to suck donkey cock on the power play.

Commodore is 6'5" or 6'6" are you saying he was bent over at the waist then to get hit in the face/head? I don't care about that though. didn't see it so I cannot compare

Murray skated around the net. Hextall moved very little. Murray not knowing where he's going isn't Hextall's fault.

His head was down and he was carrying the puck around his own net...he never saw Scott. Freshman mistake.

Gee Priceless and I agree too much. Sorry did not see a penalty on that play! Especially of the 5 minute variety!!!!
