Having watched Eaves and his antics over the years I'm certain he would have gone beserk if Bennett had been run as many times as Lee was last night.

He would have asked for suspensions, reviews of film - the whole 9 yards.

Tommyboy is right. The obvious tactic was to slow the Huskies down by disrupting the flow of the game and hopefully get an advantage via PP. It was successful but still shaking my head how Wisco ended up on the advantage after all the ruffian tactics started.

This team has had 5 solid games in a row and I like it.

Believe me Wisco will do their best to prod SCSU into some retaliation penalties tonite. Our boys need to contain their emotion and maintain their composure an they will be fine.

The best thing to do is play a physical game and hit them hard when you can. a team like Wisconsin will be in the box all night long if you do that as long as you don't do anything stupid and get penalties yourself. The Huskies did a great job last night of protecting their guys and not getting goated into a lot of stupid penalties.

I don't mind physical hockey at all.
Running the goalie is not physical hockey, it's cheap.
We did do the right thing for the most part and let them take penalties.
I'd just warn Dunn tonight, he's going to get hit.

I feel the same way. The stuff Ramage did last night wasn't physical...it was bush-league. Like father like son. :rolleyes:

Shut your face old man! :D I've been to ten this year, including leaving the state twice to do it. Not as many as I'd like to, but time, $, etc. And actually I was just kidding about the invite, I wasn't there last night and I work tonight.

So do we know for a fact Dunn is starting more than just until the first whistle?
