If Pope Skeeterman is absolutley confident in this being our year, then they have my blessing as well. This state needs a winner, the Vikings? Les is searching the rule book to verify that football games have two more quarters after halftime. The Wolves? Did they should join the CBA The Rodent football team? Might possibly be competive in the MIAC. The Twinkies? Four words: Joe is hurt again! The Johnny football team...hi-ho the old guy's got to go! Rodent basketball team? See thoughts regarding the Johnnies old guy...Smith should be shown the door. An SCSU national championship would take the bitter taste of having Daloot getting lucky last year and make the whole state feel really, really good!

Aw..bets with a SCSU fan... first beers I ever had in my life, I won at open hockey at SCSU when I was 17 in HS. This guy was pressuring me to bet him that UMD would lose in points to SCSU that weekend...he lost, the rest is history :) He paid up, so should rabid

and UMD didn't get lucky. They have the fire to pull off miracles. I don't think being the first team to go from winning the play-in game in the Final Five to winning the championship, then winning the NT a few years later, is total luck

Having a former quote from Rabid with no terms involved does not constitute proof and we are not taking the word of someone we don't trust.

Wow, it's a little testy in here. I can say testy (not teste, testie, tess-tee, or testi) in here, right? Back to hockey for a moment, SCSU picked 7th in the preseason WCHA poll. Perfect spot. Under the radar. This group has a shot to be pretty decent. I have watched the newbies skate a bit and there should be a few impact guys. Finally a year where the gang won't stop and watch Lasch from a couple years ago or Roe from last year. Hopefully that means more "team" chemistry on special teams. Good luck Huskies. Tough early schedule. Better than mopping up on cream puffs.

The early schedule is tough, the steak I ate tonight was tougher.

I never once said I didn't like your husband. He needs to grow up and not threaten people on message boards and private messaging, but overall he is a good poster. You on the other hand is a different story. You bring very little to the message board and all you do is whine and biatch. Please go away, nobody will miss you...:D

yeah because saying the program can't compete in the NCHC is supporting them?:eek: My three worst players of the game was a joke and for fun. It was mocking and making fun of people like you who are so clueless and can't see the obvious. I love how on one hand you never can find anything wrong with the Huskies and then on the other hand start saying they are not good enough to compete in the conference.......

I find plenty wrong with the Huskies, I just don't feel the need to blow them apart every time they lose like some of you do.
And if your three stars was a joke, it was missing a key element, humor.
And if I'm so clueless, why can't you ignore me?
It's really easy to see why my husband can't stand most of you.
Anyway, I'm done, we have games this week which is more important than arguing with the likes of you.
