There was a bit of "off air" conversation between Monty and Stickney prior to post game and it went something like this.
Monty, spoke to scsu player(s) about running Brittain.
Motzko, why are you talking to my players?
Monty, because you won't talk to me.
Motzoko, well of the three- 1st one wasn't a penalty and the next 2......click then silence

Jay doesn't usually turn off the mic, but someone must have. Just when it was getting good

Jay asked Monty about the heated discussion he had with Bob at the end of the game before they went on the air with the post-game interview. This was only heard by the internet listeners and I guess when they realized this was going over the internet the mikes got killed. Monty was giving Jay the gist of the conversation/discussion he and Bob were having after the game as the two coaching staffs were shaking hands and congratulating each other at the bench.

Thought I remembered Jay or Norm saying something during the game about running Brittain so out of curiosity... Went back to the video of Saturday's game and there were 2 goalie interference penalties on St. Cloud in the last half of the 1st period. Earlier Brittain was out of the crease and he was tripped/rolled into by a Cloudie. Guessing this is what Monty and Motzko were talking about.
