I suppose it's possible that Flake votes not to confirm seeing as he's on the way out anyhow but he's also a total coward so who knows.

I'm fine with having other voices on here (Wisco and Hovey at least have done some reading on this even if they try to obfuscate or BSABVR) as long as they're semi-coherent. With Drew and Frauddy though you basically just have them saying all the accusers are lying and risking their own jobs/lives/everything because... (no real reason) and nothing they say is credible or corroborated even though that isn't actually true at all. They've basically done zero homework on this and are just parroting Tucker Carlson or whatever. I can't blame anyone, who's put in some effort to understand the situation better, for not having time for that nonsense.

Where have I said the accusers are lying? I most definitely do not think they are.

I'm fine with having other voices on here (Wisco and Hovey at least have done some reading on this even if they try to obfuscate or BSABVR) as long as they're semi-coherent. Sorry but people don't just go out of their way to risk death threats, losing their highly esteemed positions, are willing to testify at the risk of perjury, and have to move away from their homes for their own safety, solely because they didn't like somebody in high school. They also don't talk to their therapist about a sexual assault attempt six years earlier just in case someone might someday become a justice. You also don't just have 65 women just lined up and ready to go as well as him posing with a girls' basketball team and all that other stuff if you didn't know ahead of time that this was going to come out (but the long EXHAUSTIVE PROCESS of vetting MIRITE!?) It's ****ing ridiculous to assert any of that and yet here he is doing it. And on top of this you have the Republicans just trying to push this through ASAP, Judge not trying to clear his own or his good friend's name from this serious allegation and ridiculous lie that's being told, no willingness to have an investigation to clear this honorable man's name, no willingness to even give the Democrats all of his files.

I get that people don’t like his politics, but by any objective measure he is quite qualified to be on the court.

Flake is a big vote cause he's on the committee. He can prevent him from coming to the floor cause there is no way in hell any of the Democrats on that committee are voting yes.

Flake questioned what sort of message Trump's rhetoric has on young woman and how often politicians would "marginalize and ignore woman."

"How uninformed and uncaring do you have to be to say things like that, much less believe them? Do we have any idea what kind of message that sends, especially to young women? How many times do we have to marginalize and ignore women before we learn that important lesson?" Flake asked.

Unless he votes no, he's a bigger coward than Trump. Because it's easy to talk a big game, but will he have the cajones to back it up with action?

It has to be more than pictures...whatever Trump has on Graham has to be amazing because he is banking everything on this confirmation.

When you cant fight the facts attack the messenger. That is all the GOP has left attack Avenatti.

Lying is a deliberate act. I don’t think anyone accusing him of various things is doing that. Are all of them remembering what happened clearly? I’m not as sure on that, and it applies to Kavanaugh as well.

Tucker had a very fair and balanced segment where he put "Creepy Porn Lawyer" across the screen during their interview of him lol.

Yeah I'm sure they're all just mis-remembering attempted sexual assault and putting their entire livelihood on the line when in reality he just wasn't at any of these parties that everyone seems to remember him at, yearbooks corroborate, Mark Judge would probably corroborate if he was under oath and willing to testify (he's not or Republicans won't let him). And I'm sure the Republicans just had 65 women lined up knowing that it was all a ridiculous easily disprovable lie that was going to come out. All the accusers want is a thorough FBI investigation which they wouldn't be asking for if they were lying or "mis-remembering" (no mention of what exactly you think they were mis-remembering of course or the fact that people who have or even haven't been sexually assaulted sometimes mis-remember things).
