Collins says calls to crowdfund an opponent if she votes for Kavanaugh amounts to a "bribe."

No, I'm fairly certain that is grassroots support for someone who will actually listen to their constituents. But hey, walrus says she says hi to the gate attendant at the airport, so she's cool.

I have it on good authority that she also recycles and pets strange dogs even if she doesn't know where they've been, so all of her Trump Humping can be excused.

Crowdfunding campaigns is going to create some interesting election finance laws issues for people/candidates, possibly.

I'm not so certain that it isn't already outlawed, or at least governed, in some respect. I thought the whole idea is that when people give money to candidates or their campaigns, or spend it to benefit candidates or their campaigns, campaign finance laws are triggered. Isn't that what the Stormy Daniels payment is all about?

I heard you can use all your own money as long as it doesn't come from the campaign. And if the Koch brothers want to launder some money through Russian banks to your business there should be no problem.

There's a site, ActBlue, that's designed as a crowdfunding campaign finance source. You can find details here, but I think and they know how to apply limitations based upon campaign finance laws. With that said, there's nothing out there to stop an organization from directing people to a candidate's contribution page on that site so there's a large influx to a specific candidate from a large pool of donors.

yeah, thats what i said. i said she is a lot more popular up here than you flat landers think. Getting her out of the senate will take a lot more than a million bucks. But what ever I only live here
