The era of near-unanimous bipartisan approval of SCOTUS nominees is dead. The gloves are off. Reid did the needful, and maybe now Democratic voters will start to give a sh*t about the courts.

Yeah I’m gonna have to agree with you and rover on this one, the Republicans would’ve nuked it anyhow and it’s not like any whining from Democrats would’ve stopped them (like everything else that’s happened since).

It’s hard to know for sure what her intent was with that hand sign but that fact that we even have to question it tells you everything you need to know about this administration. This stuff didn’t happen under Bush or Reagan much less Obama.
