Tied after 2..Overtimes that is, "Shot 75 is going to go in if we get there....hope the zamboni doesn't run out of gas". I will hand it to these guys they are very good at what they do and this after 100 minutes of play. Buff was dragging you know what that period.

Ducky went to Golden Girls in the 4th intermission...what do they do in the 5th?

Just read on the twitters that Plattsburgh and Buff State are headed to a third OT. Good grief! Almost a second game already

So I just got back from the NLL All Star game. First of all I was pumped when my friend texted me to let me know Buffalo State tied it up! Now it goes to triple overtime.

No matter the outcome everyone who is a part of Buffalo State has to be extremely proud of this team. Finally got the monkey off their back on Wednesday to head to the Semis and now are taking Platty to their absolute limit in North Country.

And WOW. Kevin Carr....61 saves at last check before the live stats went down for me. Silly Sidearm sports...

I actually looked it up. 5OT.

EDIT: Interesting. In the D-3 record book, it lists the following as the longest game:

150:22 - Quinnipiac v Union (NY) - 5OT - March 12, 2010.

EDIT 2: Obviously, that's a mistake. The longest D3 game ever 2/27/10. Gustavus Adolphus beat Augsburg 6–5 with 1:22 left in the 4th OT.

Great game by both teams. Buff State hung in there, but didn't have enough. See you in Oswego next Saturday, Plattsburgh.

Constantine scores for Plattsburgh in the 3rd overtime to beat Buf State, good thing too, Ducky was losing his voice! Congrats to both teams on a hard fought battle. Good night all.
