Deliberately displacing the goalpost with < 2 mins left or in OT is an automatic penalty shot.

That's a penalty shot folks. Sorry. The refs are going to get a talking to by the supervisor.....

I think you have to be on the ice @ the time to take the shot. I would assume Keefer would have been on the ice with the goalie pulled. Got me.
