I went to a hockey game, and a curling match broke out...

US Women just knocked off Great Britain 6-5 in 11 ends! The hot 19 year old skip for the Brits missed with the last rock. US still alive for medal contention.

Yes, I watch it when its on. One of the joys of having CKWS in Oswego when I was on campus. That and Hockey Night in Canada with The Don!

Do you guys still get CBC on Oswego campus?

2-0 Hamline with 4:30 to go. Cobbers are on the pp for 3:29 and just took their timeout. They need a win to have a chance of makingthe playoffs.

The major should have been a dq, but wasn't. it was ugly, and the Concordia player was down a long time before getting up and skating off.

Concordia comes out of the timeout with an empty net, and gives up an empty netter from the far side of center ice 4 seconds later.

Looks like Augsburg or St Olaf will be getting the final spot in the playoffs

It's scary to think that this team has four seniors and is playing the way it is. The freshmen play with more confidence each game and are picking up the secondary scoring.
