If the inter-regional switch happens, it'll be somewhat of an upset based on last year's numbers -

Stout: 15.4 PIM/G (46th most out of 71 in DIII)

Norwich: 12.6 (62nd)
Plattsburgh: 10.8 (2nd Lowest in DIII)
Middlebury: 10.7 (Lowest in DIII)

Of course, if it does happen, it'll likely be distributed fairly quickly to a team...more suitable for the title :o

Tied at 2, NEC Castleton, NEC goalie is not happy, can't tell from the webcast but it looked like he had for a few seconds, then castleton poked it in
