Bullmoose. Comments on the game?

SH's first 3 goals were all scored on mistakes by AIC. Not to say SH didn't have a bunch of other quality chances. SH also seemed to block quite a few shots and passes down low by AIC.

Re: Sacred Heart @ AIC

AIC's goalie gave up 2 brutal goals when he tried to poke check and failed...

AIC's offense had several good chances to score but didn't capitalize.

SHU was clearly a better team for most of the game, though AIC put on some really good pressure in the 2nd period. I felt if they scored at that point in the game, they would've stood a chance. Credit to SHU defense for withstanding the barrage.

Ace, were you also at the game?

Re: Sacred Heart @ AIC

Yep, I was at the game.

The first goal was just a mix of horrible luck and a bad decision. Should have let the D man play the puck.

The 2nd failed poke check. The D man failed big big big time and the goalie had to make a decision of how to play it. He tried the poke check, and it didn't work. I'm of the mindset that as long as you don't hesitate about your[the goalie's] decision on how to play it, it's ok.
