I'm really, really, shocked that the ECAC keeps assigning CJ Hanafin to RPI games. Certainly not RPI or Hanafin's fault, but there must be a shortage of refs in the league.

in an attempt to limit costs, they could be simply keeping officials close to home with their assignments
