The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
i will grant Yale this-they certainly know how to play the game when they pull their goalie. We have done it often this year and rarely generated anything. Yale did it tonight and kept the puck in the RPI end forever and took many many shots and could have tied this one up.
The good-we won. Merriam was just gold standard good tonight. We were at least able to score 2 goals.
The bad-we were barely holding on at the end. We gave up far too many good chances. We seemed to run out of gas in the third.
But-2 wins on the road for us just does not happen all that often lately. Now let's go home-and get ready to keep a winning streak going for the first time this season. Player of the game-Bryce Merriam with honorable mention to marty O'Grady. Nice to have this kind of weekend to talk about for the next 6 days.
