I disagree because there is a small (not zero) chance that he might see something. He may not be able to articulate it, but you might get the slight gist of what happened instead of completely missing it if Tim doesn't see it.

Yale's controlled play for most of the period, and it shows on the shot board (16-15 Elis now).
