Overall a good feeling after this one. We did not take too many penalties, we scored 3 on the power play, we took 36 shots, and we came back from 2 down in the third period to tie. Also-it may mean nothing but winning the shootout shows these guys have the moves to beat a goalie 1 on 1.

Last year's exhibition when Jerry D'Amigo wasn't wearing Cherry and White.

Brown (night before Freakout) and Yale (at the whale) were both 2, but I can't remember about the insane game up in Canton.

Happy 200 posts for an exhibition... was driving tonight and listening on werpi.

That game exhibited some enthusiasm! :) I dropped back to the broadcast w/about 8 minutes to go and the score was 3-1, PEI. While I must remember that the opponent was UPEI, those last 8 minutes of the 3rd sounded more exciting than just about any game action I've heard/seen at HFH in a long time. :eek: Maybe shades of things to come. :cool: I could live w/that.

Better competition is coming soon... the season hasn't begun yet. Let's see how the newbies do and how much the upperclassmen remember about winning in the playoffs from last season.

Sounded like a good start to me. Anyone see it in person? Write in...
