RPI vs Union, Mayor's Cup, 1/25/20

Re: RPI vs Union, Mayor's Cup, 1/25/20

Sounded like RPI had the better of the play in the OT, but no goal resulted.

Re: RPI vs Union, Mayor's Cup, 1/25/20

Shootouts are dumb. It should just be that the winner of the previous game retains the Mayor's Cup.

Re: RPI vs Union, Mayor's Cup, 1/25/20

just got home from the game. Waite is correct. We did have the better chances in the OT. Crowd was about 60-65% RPI.

Just checking in on the thread. Do most consider this a good tie or a bad tie?

If you go to @RPI_Hockey, just scroll down to the last Union shoot out attempt and the post game locker room scene.
Looks like the team thought it was a pretty good tie, indeed.

Interesting that the video of the last Union shot has 82 views and the locker room scene has 1.5K views. I'd call that cutting to the chase.

PS Another stellar performance by rpitv. :D Did anyone hear the announced attendance?
