For commercials, WRPI does Public Service Announcements, which the RPI-TV producers do not want to broadcast, so they turn off the audio feed for the intermission. It's also their "break", so there's no one monitoring it. During the CCT game I think it was, they had someone monitoring and aired the WRPI interviews.

RPI forced the season ticket holders to buy tickets. The other team does not.
