I would not expect jet lag flying east to west-coming back the other way is what usually causes the problem

I've never been out of Eastern time zone, so I can't claim to know

The adoption of the “moniker”, though from a more recent time than my period of putting in days at the institution, is a bit of stretch geographically from the historic lands of the Tlingit, about the same distance or a bit less than _airbanks is from the normal range of the great white bear, at least before he went interplanetary.
