I can easily see why BC is highly rated. They have just been swarming against us. But SA was right in one of his interviews when he said he felt we had the best goaltender in college hockey. Kasdorf has not only made the much needed saves, he has not allowed bad rebounds and he has slowed it all down with stoppages when needed. SA cliche alert-this is what i call playing the RPI way.

Last 20 minutes will be tough. But this team has shown me a whole lot today. Again, message to coach, leave these lines alone. Question-both teams seem to be flubbing shots all over the place and missing the puck over the top of it-is there something with the ice going on???

I am not counting ANY chickens. There are still 20 minutes to go, and my senior year (07-08) is WAY too fresh in my mind. I don't think I've seen us hold a lead, but we need to make sure, should we lose the lead, to not get frustrated and stick with it, because I've seen plenty of times we've scored that important game winner within the last few minutes (Michigan at the GLI, SCSU a few years ago, among others).

At least here it's around 70F. Troy's a little further south in latitude, but the weather is usually very similar. Thankfully there's no fog, but the warmness may be causing some soft ice. Not to mention the windows on the west end...

Nothing wrong with the ice. I just think it's a timing issue and trying to get chemistry going.
