So where's the play by play color commentary?;). I see we just went ahead 2-0 on a goal by Wash.

Oh it's fantastic. We are doing a great job :p Yes, 2-0 RPI currently on the PP. End of 1.

That's as close to a 20-minute power play as you'll get in a hockey game. Shots are 15-2 and Union's really quite lucky it's only 2-0 right now. Lundberg is the only one keeping them in this game so far.

Even thus far in the second period, the Union women's hockey team looks like they had a bus ride significantly longer than half an hour to get to Troy this afternoon. RPI outshooting them 5-1 in the second period. Union had one power play earlier in the period and couldn't muster any shots, and they're about to go on the power play again with 8:30 left in the period.

RPI Women still leading Union 2-0 after the second period. RPI outshooting Union 22-5 after two.

I hope so as well. I'd rather rip my ears off before listening to Union's broadcast again.

It should be more than just 2-0. With a win today, RPI is just 6 points out of a home ice spot. With a win, they cannot move up from 7th, sith a loss, they cannot move down.

True, but the 2 points are almost necessary if the team has any hope of advancing higher.

Yes, especially if the othe scores hold up. Dartmouth currently down to Clarkson 5-0, and Yale up over Colgate 1-0. Those scores staying the same would help the Enginners immensely.
