First period over. We had the better of the play, but it is still 0-0.
Union came out better than last night, but they still don't show a lot of passion.
I think if we get one, they will have a hard time coming back.

RPI the better team for the first 20 minutes with a few decent chances. Not all that physical after the first few minutes. We have to be patient and not try for too much when the opportunities are not there. i like the puck movement so far. I hate these uniforms on th evideo broadcast bu perhaps they are better in person. Impossible to make out numbers even on the big screen. RPI TV does not get enough credit for their work. After watching the Union broadcast last night you understand how much better this is.

Ours pretty much do the same but we have one terror cat who is afraid of nothing. He sits there and almost dares anyone to come by.

Merry Christmas all! After all, OCT 31 = DEC 25.

For those that don't understand, it's math related. For those who were told there'd be no math, just chuckle and nod.

Was at Union last nite and this Taggart guy should work for OSHA? Makes the linesman job look like brain surgery. Drop the Puck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FlagDUDETTE mentioned the uniforms look terrible, too. At least it's only one night.

All those chances and nothing buried does not bode well for us. We need to not get frustrated, keep pressing, and make sure we come out strong to start the second, otherwise this could be bad news.

Unless the officials get into the act, this one has all the signs of a very low scoring, one goal game. Just hoping our boys keep playing their game without making that one big turnover or mistake. Shots from the point can get blocked and go the other way quickly (especially with this slippery ice and guys falling down) leading odd man chances. Move the puck down low and take more shots from close rin like we did last night.

No kidding. Tironese got tossed because the linesman was trying to be cute with the puck drop. Even after the toss, he's still trying to deke. I can understand there's protocol that must be followed, but I'm fairly certain it's being followed.

Can I assume that both Halloween and Christmas have 9 letters (or 14 if you include Happy and Merry)?
