RPI @ Union, 1/14/12

Re: RPI @ Union, 1/14/12

Wow! I can never remember WRPI announcers being quite so gleeful during the many years of Union's dismal teams.

Re: RPI @ Union, 1/14/12

I don't care. This is pathetic. Union played last night in Boston. They have more jump. We have no jump. Why?

There just has to be something happening with this team that we are not being made aware of. You do not have all 18 players not show up to play for a game at once.

Re: RPI @ Union, 1/14/12

Did this color guy for Union play hockey or coach? Or does he just like to give his opinion to the 5 of us listening to this online?

I'm done with the Union feed, I'm sticking with the thread and livestats.

Re: RPI @ Union, 1/14/12

End of the first period with Union up 3-0 and RPI special teams are responsible for all 3 goals

Re: RPI @ Union, 1/14/12

As someone watching the video feed, RPI's made their fair share of mistakes, but it's not as one-sided as the score makes it seem. All 3 of U's goals have been special teams goals. We've had some decent scoring chances, but they haven't gone our way. Shots are 15-11 according to livestats.

Totally understandable that you are frustrated...but to be mean and rude is not like most RPI fans I met over the years.

You are a good match for your team...embarassimg

Re: RPI @ Union, 1/14/12

Kurt Stutt once told me that it is station policy to be as neutral as possible.

Kurt does it as well as anyone-both for hockey and football. He has slipped once in a while and let his loyalty show-but for the most part he is totally neutral in his call of any game.
