Not much to do after last night except pick up the pieces and try to put them back together in some sort of working order.

Prior to last night, working order had been at least good enough to leave RPI in a competitive position in the third period of every game, if I may define a "competitive position" as not more than one goal behind.

Hope they can be at least competitive in the third period tonight. St. Lawrence hasn't exactly been putting wins away with great regularity so far this season, so if it's competitive in the third, who knows what might happen?

Are we always going to be looking for the silver linings? or are the dark clouds still a bit too thick? We find out tonight. i felt the match up was very bad for us last night, size difference was too great, skill level of that top line was just a bit much to deal with for our young team this early in the season. Tonight i hope for a far better result.

Here's a score update for you-RPI 63 Rochester 14. Football team registers one of their most lopsided victories in history. Speaking as one who saw games like this go the other way back in the early to mid 1960's, this was a pleasure to watch.

Not complaining much since video is better than n o video but what a horribly low angle to televise a game from!
