RPI @ SLU (Feb 1, 2014)

Re: RPI @ SLU (Feb 1, 2014)

How many were wide or high of the net?

A fistful-but he is not alone on this team like that. We seem to be just a bit wide or a bit high most nights. Some good things out there tonight-Mcgowan played a good hustling game and set up Miller for a big goal. We created enough offense to score 4 goals. We won a game when we were behind going to the third period(first time this year?), Diebold made some very tough saves and shut down a very potent offense. The bad-we took some outrageously dumb penalties on defense. But as we have said over th eyears-a win, is a win, is a win. Take it and head south to Troy and get ready for next week.

The Tug Hill Plateau. It snows along that section of I-81 pretty much year round. One of the best memories I have of that is coming back from Cornell, travelling that portion of I-81 in an ice storm. Not fun.

Tell me about it. Last year was awful. At least this year it was rain instead of snow, and the temp stayed above freezing.
