And I did start a series of several off-topic posts below wishing RPIPuzzleGuy good luck.
(He did create an appropriate crossword puzzle that appeared in the RPI alumni magazine several years ago. http://www.rpi.edu/news/magazine/summer2005/crossword.pdf. 63 Across is appropriate if Brent is around. 
I should add that the clues of this puzzle fix an error in 9 Down, but the answers at the bottom are from the original with the error in 9 Down. The correct answers are here at the bottom of page in his letter to the editor.)

I'm still embarrassed by that error. Maybe my Human Hockey Hex came about because I failed to mollify the hockey gods...
