End of the first and we are up 1-0. And after watching that period it is a mystery to me why we are even in this game. Hopefully we will not be given any more power plays as it is more likely that SCSU will score short handed than we will get a PP goal.

Period ends with RPI up 1-0. However, I don't think that SA is going to be very happy going into the locker room.
They seemed to me to spend way too much time in there own zone and not a lot of hitting.

Are we still using four forwards on the power play? Because the amount of sh opportunities we give up is just unacceptable. That might not fix the lack of scoring, but it might help all those odd man rushes.
