The plays leading up to Wallace's goals start at about 0:38 and 5:00. His name is not mentioned on the second. He also would have received an assist if a teammate had scored instead of hitting a post (starts about at 3:05).

On Wednesday, the Alberni Valley Bulldogs lost to the Cowichan Valley Capitals 5-3. Finn Brown had no points or penalties. https://bchl.ca/stats/game-center/11088/url] Brown's line is now 33-11-5-16-6.

The 2024 arrival date is from Heisenberg's list. Conceivably he is even coming this fall as McDonald's replacement, although i do not think so.

I guess that he isn't going to RPI this fall. :-) He played 1 game with them last season and got an assist.

He may ultimately be as good or better than McDonald, but he's almost two full years younger. I could see him playing in NAHL followed by USHL just like McDonald, although he may also be a '23 recruit. Assuming Hallbauer, Johnson and Baxter are all leaving (the first two can come back for a grad year if they want) and Smolinski is in-bound, we still need another defenseman for next season.

FWIW, Elite Prospects also now lists him for 2024. We do need another defenseman unless one of those stays. We also need a third goalie. Quite possibly Smith is looking at the transfer portal.

The box score has been posted but with the wrong date https://www.neutralzone.net/prep-mens/box-score/?game_id=4658. Our two recruits each had an assist on the same goal. The stats will be updated after tonight's game.
 
I got to watch Bourgault tonight. He's got the speed to impress at the BCHL level. He was playing on the second power play unit.

Had a nice back door feed that was broken up by a stick lift, but got an assist on that same power play opportunity by starting a pair of cross ice passes. Also showcased his speed by getting a tip to negate an icing. And then picked top corner on a breakaway for his goal.

Also didn't shy away from the rough stuff, grabbing a 2 and 10 in a scrum in front of his own net at the end of the 2nd.
