Ciccarello could indeed be a walk-on, but i doubt that he would have committed that earlier if he were.

I originally thought we were cheap with giving shirts, but the other recruits all had something. He probably just forgot to bring it with him.

Shirley found out how much we were spending on shirts for signees. Ciccarello and all future recruits will wear Engineer boxers........

Conceivably he and Bourgault never visited RPI because of the distance from BC to Troy and the cancelled season, and we did not think of mailing them. Anyway, it isn't important.
