I received a message that Hunter McDonald will be at Omaha's main camp starting on Sunday. Xander Babich is on a roster, as is Zach Dubinsky's brother Aiden and former recruit Michael Cameron.

With the class announced, I wouldn't be surprised if we only see 3 newcomers next year. Our roster keeps growing larger and that's probably unsustainable. Right now, I think Finn Brown, Hunter McDonald and Jack Watson are coming, but it's very early to predict

It depends a lot on whether this season is played. Not as much as for other teams because we have only two skaters who will use up eligibility (Sellar and Jerry). It also depends upon whether we lose anyone for any reason. Obviously, Watson as a 2000 must come. I think that if Brown and McDonald are at all successful in the USHL, they will come.
 
Corpus Christi (NAHL) suspended operations for 20-21 along with Kansas City. Hunter McDonald's NAHL rights were picked up by Bismarck. https://www.bismarckbobcats.com/bism...ispersal-draft


McDonald played in seven games for the IceRays at the end of last season, skating in 21 games with the Rochester Monarchs of the NCDC beforehand. The RPI commit had one goal and one assist for Corpus Christi.

“McDonald is a smooth skating left-handed defenseman who can play in all situations,” Kapetanovic said. “He is an RPI commit who has a very high ceiling, and he is a big add to a very good back end that our staff has done a great job in building.”

The NAHL is also doing team previews, one team per day in alphabetical order. The last one they did so far is Danbury.
