I am assuming that Neutral Zone regards their Star ratings as public because they often tweet them with committals.

STRENGTHS according to Neutral Zone (NZ doesn't include them for women and goalies):
Aw=Awareness/IQ, Ch= Character/Leadership, GS=Goal Scoring Ability, Sk=Skating, Sp=Speed, SH=Stick Handling Skill,
St-Strength, To=Toughness, Vi=Vision/Passing

He did, but I can't read the article because I don't subscribe to their NHL posts. I know he made it because the article is linked from his page, You can see his page also. https://www.neutralzone.net/mens/player/tyler-hotson-38259/ He was one of 44 players listed. At least they say it's 44. They often miscount.
