On Friday, the Austin Bruins lost to the Minot Minotauros 7-1. Brett Miller saved 20 of 25 shots in 50:31. http://nahl.com/game-center/#/game-summary/26111

Miller's line is 19-12-6-0-2.65-.911.
Note that I have been counting overtime and shootout losses the same as other losses.
change https to http
quite a few additional saves were added in the last two games.

Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2019-20 (Part II)

I will post the other summaries in the morning. Everyone is playing except the injured McDonald and perhaps Babich whom I won’t know about until the box score is posted. Jack Brackett scored a goal.

Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2019-20 (Part II)

On Saturday, the Powell River Kings defeated the Nanaimo Clippers 5-1. Jack Brackett scored 2 goals. He was named the #1 Star. :) https://bchl.ca/stats/game-summary/9558

Brackett's line is now 36-11-13-24-30.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">RECAP | Jack Brackett's two goals leads the Kings past the Clippers with a 5-1 win, and a double-header sweep on Saturday night at the Hap Parker Arena. <br><br>READ | <a href="https://t.co/DrWwNhlav5">https://t.co/DrWwNhlav5</a> <a href="https://t.co/AHLl69KvAx">pic.twitter.com/AHLl69KvAx</a></p>— Powell River Kings (@BCHLKings) <a href="https://twitter.com/BCHLKings/status/1218772943813009409?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">January 19, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Jack Brackett scored twice, giving him 11 goals this season, and third multi-goal game of the season. Both of his goals were in the slot, after using his speed to get the puck in the attacking zone.

“That’s the Jack Brackett we’re accustom to seeing,” said Kings assistant coach Brock Sawyer. “When he’s moving his legs, handling the puck and driving defensemen wide, it opens up a lot of opportunities for him. Two excellent goals for him, and it was nice to see him rewarded.”

The Kings improve to 7-1 when Brackett finds the back of the net. He also helps the club get four points this weekend, which moves the Kings into third place in the Island Division.

“It’s a big step in the right direction, and a big four points for us,” said Brackett. “I woke up feeling really good, the legs felt great so I tried to play the structure, and really hard, and it worked out.”

The first goal is at the start of this video:
