On Wednesday, the Lincoln Stars defeated the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders 2-1. Tristan Ashbrook had no points or penalties. Zach Dubinsky is still out injured. Mason Klee had no points or penalties. https://www.ushl.com/view/#/game-summary/8323

About that recruit seen last week, height was fairly short (maybe around 5'6 or so), definitely a U16.

Thanks. IMO 16U's are better to get than 18U's since if a 17- or 18-year old is really good, he will probably be playing junior hockey, although there are exceptions.

Oh BTW, Fairport (McDonald) was supposed to play a game today, but it was postponed, probably due to the weather.

With 4:22 left in the period, McCarthy spotted Eric Fawkes in the slot on the power-play and the 17 year old rookie potted his eighth of the season to give Winkler their first lead of the night.
