He is a 1997, so it must be for next season. I wonder if this means that Perry is leaving. OTOH, the GOJHL is not a great league, so it might be St. Denis.

Edit: Since he is from the GOJHL, St. Denis is probably more likely.

Yeah, a 20yr old still in the GOJHL should indicate 3rd string/practice goalie.

Finally the T1EHL version of the 12/2/17 Philadelphia Little Flyers Minor Midget game has been posted http://tieronemidgethockey.wttstats.pointstreak.com/boxscore.html?gameid=3264817. I haven't checked everything, but at least for Mike Cameron it agrees with http://atlantichockey.org/game_recap.php?gameid=30912. That's of course the only important part here.

On Tuesday, the St. Catherines Falcons defeated the Buffalo Regals 5-4 in double overtime. Owen Savory was the backup. http://gojhl-cms.wttstats.pointstreak.com/boxscore.html?gameid=3173266

Savory commits; time to play the backup.

The real reason is probably that Buffalo had only one win in 28 games before today’s game. So, of course Buffalo sends the game to OT after trailing 4-1 with 9 minutes left. Sounds eerily familiar except that St. Catherimes won in 3x3 OT.
