On Friday, the Central Illinois Flying Aces lost to the USNTDP U18 team 5-2. Cory Babichuk had no points or penalties (3 SOGs). http://www.ushl.com/view/#/game-summary?game_id=8033

Babichuk's preseason line is now 2-0-0-0-0.


It must be a different Seth Appert. His teams don't come back from trailing 2-1 after 2 periods. ;)

Saw Babichuck play against the U18 team yesterday --------- Looked good on his skates and moves the puck well. Got the impression he was on the #2 PP unit but saw him out there with the #1 unit also, 18"s were in the box allot with two 5 minute majors. Not a tall kid but looks like he has a solid build. Should be a nice D1 player.
