Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2017-18 (Part II)

Select 17 from 2016 https://www.sbncollegehockey.com/co...kings-five-nations-tournament-scouting-report
Gunnarwolfe Fontaine, Forest #11, Left Shot, 5'9"/155, Providence Capitals 16U -€” He's a gritty player, especially for his size. He doesn't have the best frame or skill set, but he found the score sheet because of his tenaciousness. He knocked over an opposing right defenseman on the forecheck, forcing a turnover and sending it out front for a chance in the game against Gold.

Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2017-18 (Part II)

On Sunday, the Washington Little Caps Premier U16 team lost to the Long Island Gulls Premier U16 team 5-2. Reid Leibold had no points or penalties. http://atlantichockey.org/game_recap.php?gameid=31609

Leibold's AYHL line is now 17-15-12-27-0.
His NAPHL line is now 12-8-4-12-36.
His nonleague line is now 4-4-3-7-2. missing games
His total is now 33-27-19-46-38.

Good thing that I decided at the last minute not to go to this game.

Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2017-18 (Part II)

Try this site for Gunnar RB. He currently has a 5-9-14 scoring line. No number of games but he’s scoring @ 1.40 per, so do the math.... https://nzprephockey.com

Thanks. It doesn't agree with USHR. They are missing some games too, but it is much better than nothing. It will appear in the summary next time that I post it which will be tomorrow morning.

Re: RPI Recruit Thread 2017-18 (Part II)

Didn’t he say the kid he saw was about 6’3” though?

I just checked - yes he did. I guess it was someone else since 5'11" is probably a stretch.
Gunnar does sound Swedish though, although I would prefer a gunner. :)

They say 2019. Whatever. :) [Edit: He is listed as a soph which would make 2020 correct.]
