On Saturday, the Tri-City Storm lost to the Waterloo Black Hawks 5-1. Jonathan Bendorf had no points or penalties. Emil Ohrvall had an assist. Bailey Conger had a goal and an assist. 5 SOGs. He was named the #2 Star. http://www.ushl.com/view/#/game-summary?game_id=7151

Ohrvall's line is now 31-9-8-17-4.
Conger's line is now 39-9-13-22-24.
Bendorf's USHL line is now 3-0-0-0-0.
His total is 36-13-11-24-6.

I will post the BCHL summaries in the AM. Cory Babichuk, Jacob Modry, and Owen Stout are all playing. Linden Marshall is Trail’s backup goalie. Stout has a goal. It looks like he has recovered from his injury.

I will post the NJA (Cameron) game eventually. :)

The talk on the “finish your check” site (trade updates) is Tri-City about to clean house. I wouldn’t think Bendorf would be part of it but it could lead to a bigger role for him.

I certainly hope that he isn't part of it. I would think that he had some agreement before leaving Wichita Falls.

On Wednesday, the Georgetown Raiders defeated the Milton Icehawks 17-1. Austin Cho had a goal and an assist. http://ojhl_site.stats.pointstreak.com/boxscore.html?gameid=2917656

Cho's line is now 47-8-33-41-56.


Five goals from 8:09 to 9:37 in the first period seems to have sealed the victory. ;)
Milton has given up 33 goals in its last two games. Their starting goalie now has an 0-40-0 record over two seasons.

On Wednesday, the Trail Smoke Eaters lost to the Penticton Vees 4-3 in overtime. Linden Marshall saved 45 of 49 shots. He was named the #3 Star. http://bchl.ca/game-summary?game_id=7667

But then he gave up the tying goal at 19:02 of the third period and the winning goal at 0:23 of OT. I can sympathize with Trail fans. :(
