Incomplete stats. Check his game-by-game figures at http://highschoolsports.nj.com/player/troy-kobryn/. For several games it shows how many saves he made, but has 0 for the number of shots against. As they say GIGO (garbage in, garbage out).

I was complaining about USHL's stat package recently. This is much worse, but it's better than nothing.

I never know what is worth posting. I do agree that it could affect Fornaris, but I don't know if he has been a healthy scratch recently or out injured.

Thanks RB-I knew the numbers were wrong but not sure what I had missed. These sites for statistics are impossible at times and i now understand what you go through trying to compile accurate numbers for us here. BTW I have a friend at the HUn/Lawrenceville game today but they are distinctly not interested in JB. I did ask them to let me know about the game but will not find out anything until tomorrow.

That's fine -- I am only interested in JB. :D

Hun won 3-2 but the goals and assists are not yet available.

Of course i am most interested in our boys but sometimes you get to see a kid that will have division I impact later on. As you recall years ago when we had talked about this small forward from Delbarton, Josh Melnick. I am still amazed how he grew and filled out and am pretty sure he is going to be a force for Miami in years to come.

That's most interesting. I missed the post when it was originally posted because DrD posted soon thereafter.

Turk had an inkling in post #58. This happened on 1/5 but it probably did have a connection to the new coach.

I suspect it had a lot to do with him being an overage player and Topeka's new coach had other ideas. So like Gillespie he is playing his overage year in the USPHL.

I'm going to try and catch a game because their rink is only 7 miles from my office. Unfortunately, they have 11 games left and 10 are on the road.

and that one is noon on a Wednesday. :)

Well there are playoffs, although the CT Rangers need to start scoring some goals. Their record isn't that bad, but they have not scored a goal in the two games since CF showed up. They are in 7th, and going by last season, the top 8 make the playoffs. There is a large gap between 8th and 9th. http://www.usphl.com/standings/show/1995538?subseason=236955
