Fornaris is still with Cedar Rapids. He is currently injured according to a source. Sounds like Carlson might keep him and shuffle players to and from the affiliate list.

I wonder if that is good for him, that is playing probably a very limited schedule. He still may get more experience than at NMH. but I would think he could also find a place in the NAHL. Anyway, thanks greatly for the heads up.

I wonder if I would have noticed had Bourbonnais been from Rochester, MN. I did notice that two members of the women's team live in different towns named Cary.

Got a message from Carlos's dad. He just has a muscle strain and will try to give it a go tonight at the USHL Atlantic Challenge. Cedar Rapids plays at 8 PM eastern I believe. It can be views on www.fasthockey.com

...thanks Scott. I see Lincolns games this weekend are free on fasthockey I wonder if the Atlantic Challenge Games are as well? The boys from CR must've had quite the time @ last nights Yankees/Red Sox game!

It would seem odd to me that they would activate him from the affiliate list so early in the year, but what do I know? :confused:

Sioux City (Moore) is also playing this evening. I will post messages for both games as usual. (I am also in training mode this time of year. ;) )

He is not on the affiliate list. Preseason rosters can carry 25 players. Official roster moves don't start until after the 23 man roster is locked.

Thanks. I was going by this list which doesn't contain Fornaris that turk181 posted recently. I had thought he was in the affiliates part, but he isn't there either.
