I should add that although Josefine Hansen (women's 2015 recruit) is listed as from NJ, she has competed for Denmark internationally. This could mean that she was born there or only that one or both of her parents was born there. In any case we could have six flags in 2015-16. Sounds like a good name for an amusement park -- Six Flags Over the HFH. :)

....although Burgess says (in the above article), he will come in 15 or 16. Both Heisenberg and College Hockey Inc. have the 2 coming this Fall. As we've found out the last 2 years though, time will tell. Burgess is expecting to join the Engineers in either 2015 or 2016 while Liljegren is undecided when he will make the jump to college.

Thanks for the article. I do think still that we will see Liljegren this fall. Heisenberg isn't sure about much either. The only two recruits not in the new 2015 list https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AoPLTHefMmmTdDdqMmtsYU5lMlEtVFlwRU5XRTNqcFE&gid=1 are Melanson and Tironese. I think that a few others are virtual locks also for this fall.

I am penciling in my mind Liljegren to replace Zalewski this fall and Burgess to replace McGowan in 2015.

Edit: It is interesting that Burgess describes Liljegren as "the kid" considering that Liljegren is almost two years older than he is.

It's almost a waste of space for me to include years in my weekly summary. I usually go by Heisenberg unless the players say otherwise, so I am changing Burgess to 15/16.

Young goalie was watched through BCHL season

Alec Dillon felt a muted glare of the spotlight this season as he went about his business with the Victoria Grizzlies.

The 6-foot-5, 170-pound goaltender was often in the crosshairs for National Hockey League scouts parked on the edges of BCHL rinks, and as such, he finds himself rated 13th among North American goalies by Central Scouting.

“I never really worried about it throughout the whole season.” At the same time, he said, “I’m excited to see if I (get drafted) and I’m honoured to be ranked.”

He’s taking a bit of time off to “hang out with my friends,” concentrate on Grade 12 at Belmont secondary and go through “the whole prom and grad thing.”

Dillon is committed to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and plans to attend in 2015. For now, the plan is to finish out his junior career as a Grizzlie, but he’ll wait until the June NHL entry draft draft to make that decision.

Thanks to Tim Yeti for the following article;...... Like the players Prapavessis admired growing up — Nicklas Lidstrom and Scott Niedermayer — he simply doesn’t put himself in position where he has to take a penalty.

It's what separates him from everyone else,” says Tarantino, who coached the 6-foot-1, 180-pound blueliner last season. “His physical abilities are good, but it’s his poise, the mental aspect, his ability to read plays. On Wednesday, the Toronto Lake Shore Patriots defeated the Aurora Tigers 3-1. They lead their best-of-7 playoff series 3-1. Michael Prapavessis had no points or penalties. Jacob Hayhurst had a tripping penalty. http://ojhlsite.stats.pointstreak.com/boxscore.html?gameid=2421441
