Actually, I did figure it out eventually, but it isn't particularly relevant since his concern was probably that the ECAC controlled the video for its playoffs and did not therefore allow RPI-TV to stream video for free. The BCHL did not charge for its audio causing it apparently to be swamped. (I had no problem listening however. I also thought that Alberni's announcer was quite good.)
BTW, Evan Tironese got a lot of ice time in this game. His name seemed to come up constantly. He'll be an important addition, perhaps replacing Higgs, in 2014.

Actually, that isn't it. It had more to do with the gate at non-Alberni sites, although AV sound to typically be swamped, so that site is a wash.

Actually, for what it's worth, it looked like Surrey may have had a live picture, although I didn't bother to let the whole thing load to see if this was the case; I liked hearing from the AV commentators.
But on the topic of recruits, ET seems to be the hot-shot on that team. I don't want to yet say we have a smaller Zalewski in the making, but we seem to be in good hands. Do we know if he's part of the USHL futures draft, or will he likely stay in the BCHL?

I'm sure Seth will be just fine with that...the guy is a sniper and weighs in at about 5'8 150 -- he has to play with an edge or he'd get killed.

The problem was that he got the misconduct for talking back to the ref. That's different from playing with an edge.
