I'll see that bet and raise, I bet his boys back at Delbarton all had a good laugh at it....and a lot of em are/will be in the ECAC.

He showed up in the directory today, as I posted in post 115. That doesn't mean that he is necessarily coming in the Fall as we know, but it is a positive sign.

Dang, people are in gambling moods when it comes to me... of course, I did win a bet from a friend back in 2008-09 (regarding our atrocious power play; FWIW I did bet for the team). People perhaps prepping a little early for going to the Horseshoe at Council Bluffs after seeing the Lincoln or Omaha boys play? ;)

Yep. That is what I said in my first reply (post 82) to DrD's post. I just wanted now to mention that he just showed up in the directory also. (It could have been yesterday, not today, that he was entered intot the directory, because I don't remember at what time yesterday I checked.)


Edit: Note that # in my recruit list means that the recruit signed a LoI, and * means the recruit is in the directory.

People making bets in the hopes that the college team goes to Atlantic City, however I added a little twist in order to keep it on topic. That's where I happened to go after the Lincoln Stars game.

Signing a NLI does not mean a player is coming in for a particular year. The NLI binds the player to the school and vice versa. It outlines what the aid the player will be receiving. The school can decide for next year or the year after for that matter or two years from now.

That is what I originally thought, but FlagDUDE08 posted otherwise a while back.

All of our recruits who are still playing have games today.

Our 4 USHL recruits have no points or penalties yet.
Alberni Valley hasn't started.

Boxes later.
