The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Two periods in the books 1-1.
The referees woke up in the second period.
We played a very good period. Very hard on the puck and blocking shots all over the ice.
Now the very difficult third period.
We have done what we had to for 40 minutes-a few too many penalties but never the less we have put ourselves into a position to decide this game with a strong 20 minutes. Merriam had to make one really tough save that period and he was up to it.
Excellent period of hockey, except for drilling the puck into the vicinity of our bench during a change... forecheck is indeed excellent. I like these line combos -- A LOT. Great combination of size and skill. Now lets sustain the pressure and bury some pucks... send Q home to re-read the Globe and Register articles tonite.
Outstanding coupla saves by Merriam -- that point blank glove save was highlight reel worthy. Keep it up BRYCE !!! GO RED !!!!!!
