RPI @ Princeton, February 5th

Re: RPI @ Princeton, February 5th

IIRC, we're 2 for 2 on penalty shots this year. The other was by Polacek.

Ahaha 3-0! Chase!

It's about time someone takes Bonar down a peg! Best goalie in the NCAA my foot!

I thought the best goalie was considered to be Rondeau of the Connecticut Cupcakes.... :D or were they thinking Mello?

Not sure if Kurt is reading this while on-air (or technically on break), but the shots are currently 29-10 in Princeton's favor, according to LiveStats.

But the good news is, it's the goals that matter :-)

Re: RPI @ Princeton, February 5th

OK let me think about this...we have two penalty shots this year. Both converted, and both while killing a penalty. Meaningless question time. Are these counted as shorties?

Nice to know that your back up goalie can be counted on (and it certainly sounds like we're counting on him).

I know he reads it, at least sometimes, when he is in the broadcast booth but not broadcasting, as he has often commented. He clearly doesn't have time during the period since he doesn't even have a color person with him.

I'm referring to USCHO's goalie stats, but I get where you're going with that...and I like it.

Kurt,

Baker Rink was built before fire was invented. That's why it is so cold. ;)

Hi Joe! Hope all is well on the Left Coast.

Those shot totals seem to be a trend lately with us...
