RPI Pick-To-Click 2021-2022

Friday
RPI ENGINEERS: JAKE JOHNSON
Laurentius: Kaden Pickering

Saturday
RPI ENGINEERS: NICK BOWMAN
Jack Eichel's new home: Anthony Romano

I think this is sezenack’s bounce back week. So, with that in mind…

Tonight:
RPI- Linden Marshall
slu (m)- Luc Salem

Tomorrow:
RPI- Ryan Mahshie
One minute- Alex Campbell

The reign continues as RPI fan 4 life and I once again take the week's bonus point and have a neck-and-neck race atop the standings.

RPI got off to a hot start on Friday with a pair of goals by Shane Sellar (no one) assisted by Jake Johnson (lugnut92). Unfortunately, things stopped falling into place for the home team and Chris Pappas (no one) potted a pair of goals for SLU, including the game-winner in the last two minutes of the third. It must be remarked that sezenack's gambit did not pay off as neither goalie topped .900 or came particularly close to the quality start.
Saturday was a slightly more laid back affair, as Justin Addamo (no one) scored the game winner midway through the third, quickly followed by a helper on the insurance tally. It was a slow night for the jerks from Potsdam, where Ryan Richardson (no one) scored the losers' lone goal. Those who chose Linden Marshall (QS; no one) on Friday fell victim to wrong night syndrome. Bummer.

Wow are we missing on almost all of the best choices so far this season...

You're lucky that both were worth two points, because if you make an ambiguous pick like this, I will always give you the player that earned fewer points. Sorry I haven't been giving the same name warnings this year, it's a little more obnoxious now that alphabetical rosters aren't as readily available. Solve this problem by just giving full names.
Well on the one hand, I won and that's pretty cool. On the other hand, what a woof of a weekend...

Much like a host of other low scoring games, a handful of RPI players were worth two PtC points in Friday's loss, but the only one we picked was Zach Dubinsky (engineerhockeyfan), whose garbage time goal will be forgotten to history. Colgate's scoring was a bit more concentrated, and choosing Matt Verboon and his two insurance tallies would have worked out well for you, but no one did that.
Hoo boy Saturday... Again RPI had five skaters worth a pair of points, but we whiffed on all of them. Across the ice, Max Andreev (no one) could have won the game on his own, potting four goals and helping on two more. I'm done talking about this.

It is broken in many ways. I can't figure out why it doesn't update the most recent post in a thread but it seems to update the associated avatar. Also, at least for me, it is the only site which I visit that seems to need to have its clock updated manually when we move in and out of DST.

I was almost as bad as the team was last week. :-(

Sharks- Spencer Cox

Saturday:
