Re: RPI Pick to Click 2015-16

RPI did exactly what they had to do in a pair of blowouts of Division I hockey's newest member. Three of us shared the weekly win, as FlagDUDE08 took his third bonus point in a row and is joined by lugnut92 (the fix is on) and Ralph Baer.

Jesper Ohrvall (2 G; no one) made his mark on Friday's game in a big way, scoring his first NCAA goals in the 5-1 victory. Also with 4 PtC points was defenseman Parker Reno (2 A; Ralph Baer), fresh off the ineligible list. The Sun Devils were led by goal scorer Joey Raats (ineligible), who was assisted by "brother of a Brown star" Joe Lappin (lugnut92, RPI fan 4 life) and a guy no one picked.
Night two of the weekend saw Riley Bourbonnais (1-2–3; ineligible) involved in three of four RPI goals. Joining him with 4 PtC points was freshman Meirs Moore (0-2–2; FlagDUDE08). Again, the lone goal scorer for Arizona State, Cody Gylling (no one) sat atop the heap. Both goalies earned quality starts on Saturday.

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2015-16

Link back to the first post with details on scoring

We've got a little bit of a break here, but neither us nor Miami has another game this year, so I'll post this early. RPI will get the 2016 portion of the schedule underway with a pair in Oxford (no, not that Oxford) against Miami (no, not that Miami). They haven't been that great this year, but they're also in the NCHC, so we need to kick their rears for ECAC pride.

Picks must be in by 7:05 ET on Saturday, January 2, 2016.

You may NOT choose the following players for this game:
RPI: Riley Bourbonnais and Mike Prapavessis
Miami: Jack Roslovic and Louie Belpedio

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2015-16

Congratulations to hawthr for his second weekly win of the season as we get back to it after the break. AND ALSO ENGINEERHOCKEYFAN.

Riley Bourbonnais (ineligible) led the way for the Engineers with two goals in the win over Miami on Saturday. As for eligible players, Lou Nanne (2 A; RPI fan 4 life), Chris Bradley (1 A; no one), and Jason Kasdorf (QS; no one) each earned two PtC points. The home team was led by Jack Roslovic (1-1–2, ineligible) in a losing effort. He was trailed by three eligible skaters: Anthony Louis (2 A; lugnut92, hawthr, engineerhockeyfan), Josh Melnick (1 G; Ralph Baer), and Matthew Caito (1 A; vizoroo).
Saturday went differently for RPI, as they were paced by goal scorers Jake Wood (no one) and Jesper Öhrvall (engineerhockeyfan). Jason Kasdorf (no one) earned his second quality start of the weekend. RedHawks kill-stealer Chris Joyaux (no one) scored an empty-netter to lead his team. Great job <s>every</s>no one.
