Re: RPI Pick to Click 2014-15: Under New Management

That happened. Good job Ralph.

Drew Melanson (Ralph Baer, hawthr) scored two goals for RPI, which was nice, I guess. Union showed why we make players ineligible, as the ineligibles Daniel Ciampini and Jeff Taylor combined for 3 goals, 6 assists, and 15 PtC points. The best eligible Dutchman was Mike Vecchione (RKarger, rsfs04, RPI fan 4 life, Ralph Baer), who put up <s>8</s>7 PtC points in this pointless slaughter. Neither starting goalie played particularly well from a statistical standpoint; both had save percentages south of .770.

Link back to the first post with details on scoring

RPI will try and put that embarrassment behind them with another one game weekend. We get back to the ECAC schedule with a trip to New Hampshire to face off against the Big Green. Dartmouth is coming off a three point weekend in Central NY, so the Engineers will be looking put them back in their place.

Picks must be in by 7:00 ET on Friday.

You may NOT choose the following players for this weekend:
RPI: Jacob Laliberte and Curtis Leonard
Dartmouth: Eric Neiley and Rick Pinkston (Note: Brett Patterson is listed at 'D/F' on collegehockeystats, but has played as a forward in each of his last ten games)

Statistics and Rosters
RPI: Statistics | Roster
Dartmouth: Statistics | Roster (Beware of E. / K. Neiley confusion, especially since Eric is ineligible)

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2014-15: Under New Management

If Vecchione had 8 points then all of us who chose him should have an additional point. Ralph had 4 points with Melanson and I had 2 with Neal.

Bonus point goes to the player who has the highest score on the week, not the highest scoring player. If the latter were true, I'd be back in the lead. :p
