RPI Pick to Click 2014-15: Under New Management

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2014-15: Under New Management

RPI - Matt Neal
BU - Evan Rodrigues

Not that I really care but Ahti Oksanen is listed as a F/D on the statistics page. If he is listed as a "D" on the line sheet this would give him the highest point total among defensemen so wouldn't that make him ineligible?

He hasn't played D at all this season. In every game he's played, he's been Jack Eichel's left wing.

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2014-15: Under New Management

Congratulations to RPIHFH and RHamilton on the win this week, and to FlagDUDE08 for leapfrogging me once again for the overall lead.

For the Engineers, both skaters involved in the lone RPI goal earned 2 PtC points: Milos Bubela (vizoroo) and Jared Wilson (no one). In the other red and white jerseys, three players earned 3 PtC points: Evan Rodrigues (3 A; RPIHFH, RHamilton), Brandon Hickey (1 G; no one), and John MacLeod (1 G; no one). Matt O'Connor (FlagDUDE08) earned the QS, but not the shutout.

Link back to the first post with details on scoring

Time to rest up and heal before getting back into the swing of things with the rest of the ECAC schedule. The Engineers have about 2.5 weeks until their next game, an ECAC matchup against Harvard (thanks Beanpot), followed shortly by a home pair against the Miami RedHawks. Harvard only has an exhibition game (vs. Russian Red Stars) between now and then, but Miami is playing in the Florida College Classic on December 28/29. I am going to post ineligible players for Miami now, but if the outcome of those two games changes the point leaders, I'll give those whose picks are affected until 2015 to make the necessary changes.

Picks must be in by 7:00 ET on Tuesday, December 30.

You may NOT choose the following players for this game:
RPI: Riley Bourbonnais and Curtis Leonard
Harvard: Jimmy Vesey and Patrick McNally
Miami: Austin Czarnik and Matthew Caito

Statistics and Rosters
RPI: Statistics | Roster
Harvard: Statistics | Roster
Miami: Statistics | Roster (Beware C. / M. Joyaux confusion)

Lugnut, you have extra quote marks around the Miami roster, causing it to be a dead link. Also looks like Unicode.

Tuesday:
RPI: Louuuuuuu
Hahvahd: Steve Michalek

Friday:
RPI: Buuuuuube[la]
Miami: Jay Williams

Days when I hate the rules of PtC ;):
RPI: Drewwwww (I'll change this if he isn't back yet)
Miami: Ryan McKay

Thanks for the heads up. Sometimes TextEdit gets overzealous converting ' and " into fancier characters.

Already taken care of. Who looks at the roster anyway? It's all about the stats.

At the beginning of the year I look at the opponent's roster because I don't want to pick someone who has turned pro which I might do based only upon last year's stats.
