Harvard’s just repaying RPI for all the times the Tute accommodated H for the Beanpot.

BTW, in addition to Reilly being a finalist for Best Defensive Defenseman, congrats also go out to Cory Babichuk for Rookie of the Year finalist and Dave Smith as Coach of the Year finalist. Check ecachockey.com for more info.

I posted both of those tweets, but they are buried among all the Harvard doesn't go to Troy posts.

This does not affect conference tournaments, so it will be a wait and see for ECAC announcement which is undoubtedly coming

Re: RPI Hockey 2019 - 2020 Part III: Destination: Lake Placid (and Beyond)!!

The league could do a final 5 setup like it did before. RPI plays lowest remaining seed on Thursday and winner moves onto Friday. At this point I don’t care if fans are allowed or not I just don’t want to be stuck thinking what if.

I suspect that something will come out of the ECAC conference call.

Maybe this could be why it's a withdrawl and not a forfeit??? I wonder if there is a conference call being placed this afternoon?

#5 team withdraws... what if:

#1 Cornell get the bye to Lake Placid
#2 Clarkson hosts Princeton
#3 Quinnipiac hosts Colgate
#4 RPI hosts Yale

Hmmm...

I don't follow this. How are the other four teams in LP going to be selected?

Conference call was supposed to happen at 4 PM EDT. May have been delayed by the NCAA doing its thing regarding to spectators for any tournament games.

Are we sure this is not a Twilight Zone episode?

If the other Ivies don’t drop out, then whoever wins those series this weekend move on. They might have dropped out in the time it took me to type this

OK. But then there would be four teams, RPI and the 3 winners. How does one get a final 5?
