What? Me worry? Welcome back, Doc.

Really never left. Checked the postings every so often but had nothing to add. Will be happy when the season starts and we have some things to discuss. Football of course starts earlier and we have been ranked in most pre season polls at least in the top 20. For those of us who were attending RPI in the early to mid 60's, that is very hard to comprehend as even one victory in a season was a major upset back then.

I believe they announced at the golf outing that he accepted a job within the Carolina Hurricanes organization.

Sadly, the only consistency in Troy has been the turnover. The season can't get here soon enough -- at least we'll have actual hockey to discuss.

I believe they announced at the golf outing that he accepted a job within the Carolina Hurricanes organization.

Well at least someone on the team has made it to the pros. I have to wonder what impact his loss and the time it will take a replacement to get up to speed will have on the team. Clearly he performed his job well enough not only to be noticed but to get hired by a team that is playing at a high level. For a team that needs all the oars in the water to pull together to get the ship moving, this won't help.

Well at least someone on the team has made it to the pros. I have to wonder what impact his loss and the time it will take a replacement to get up to speed will have on the team. IIRC, it's with the Charlotte Checkers of the AHL.
